WILLIAMSTOWN — Hank Barrett scored with 12 seconds left in the first quarter to give the Mount Greylock boys’ lacrosse team a lead that it would never relinquish on its way to a 17-7 victory over Pittsfield, on Tuesday.

Mount Greylock would indeed carry that momentum into the second quarter as it struck for five goals in the first four minutes of the quarter. In that span, Kent Hanson snapped home two of his three goals, and Ethan Ryan recorded two of his game-high four goals. Noah Kelley had the fifth goal.
